This property was beautiful! It maintained a Mexican feel with the tile work, art, and paintings. The smell of the fresh flowers when you first walked in was a perk as well. The staff was super nice, and the area felt very safe. I was extremely nervous to go to Monterrey (I’ve never been before) but now I want to go back with my kids! The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful!!! but there are also lots of choices right across the street as well.

From a person who works in customer service and management, I'm really impressed and satisfied with the experience.
